Faculty Keynote Set to Highlight Designing Cultures of Civility

Graduate School of Leadership and Change Professor of Organization Learning and Development, Dr. Mitch Kusy has been selected as a keynote speaker for the upcoming Creating Healthy Organizations conference in Costa Mesa, CA, October 12-13, 2018. Based on his latest book, Why I Don’t Work Here Anymore, the keynote titled “Toxic Behaviors Diminish Well-Being and Performance: How to Design Cultures of Civility that Mean Business” will engage participants in using his Toxic Cost Worksheet that provides the financial cost of toxic behaviors in one’s own workplace, along with several assessment inventories and five top intervention strategies.

Susan M. Quigley, PsyD and Elaine F. Campbell, PsyD, both graduated from Antioch New England’s Clinical Psychology Doctoral Program in 1999. They supported each other through their studies and collaborated on their doctoral dissertations. Over the years they’ve maintained a professional exchange and friendship that is a testament to its beginnings at Antioch.
